How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or large orders may take a little longer depending on workload and product type.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! Feel free to contact me with your ideas, themes, colors, or personalization requests.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and production begins, changes are no longer possible.

Shipping

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes! Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

Shipping delays can occasionally happen with postal carriers. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping may be available depending on location. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! All items are handcrafted and assembled with care, which means slight variations may occur and make each item unique.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

I do my best to accurately represent colors and details, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our products.

Are your notebooks lined?

Most notebooks come with blank pages unless otherwise stated. Lined pages may be available upon request for select designs.

Are your bookmarks magnetic?

Yes! Our magnetic bookmarks are designed to securely clip onto pages while remaining lightweight and easy to use.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

Because the items are handmade or made-to-order, returns are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
