How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or large orders may take a little longer depending on workload and product type.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! Feel free to contact me with your ideas, themes, colors, or personalization requests.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and production begins, changes are no longer possible.
How do I use a discount code?
Add your items to your cart, then head to checkout. You'll see a field that says "Discount code" — type or paste your code there and hit Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total before you pay.
Can I combine discount codes?
Yes! Bundle discounts will be applied automatically at checkout. If you have a promo code, type it into the "Discount code" field for extra savings.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they ship. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
Where is your business located?
All orders are created and shipped from the United States.
What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
Shipping delays can occasionally happen with postal carriers. If your package appears lost, please contact the carrier first. If you still need help, reach out and I'll do my best to assist.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping may be available depending on location. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Are your products handmade?
Yes! All items are designed, handmade, and assembled with care, which means slight variations may occur and make each item unique.
What materials do you use?
All products are designed in-house and printed on high-quality materials.
- Stickers are made with premium sticker paper and sealed with a glossy laminate for durability and a smooth finish.
- Magnetic bookmarks are printed in high-quality glossy photo paper and thermally laminated for added durability. Two round magnets with adhesive are applied on the folded interior allowing for the bookmark to be securely clipped onto pages.
- Notebook exterior covers are printed on premium sticker paper and sealed with a glossy laminate for durability and a smooth finish. The interior cover is sealed with a matte sticker paper for a premium feel. Lined notebook inserts are printed on high quality, bright 28lbs paper. Each notebook is held together with double loop binding wire.
Are the stickers waterproof?
No. Stickers are water-resistant — they'll hold up on water bottles, laptops, and everyday use. However, they are not dishwasher safe, so hand washing is recommended to keep them looking their best.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
I do my best to accurately represent colors and details, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our products.
Are your notebooks lined?
All notebooks come with lined pages unless otherwise stated. Blank pages may be available upon request.
How do you use a magnetic bookmark?
Magnetic bookmarks are designed to fold over the top corner of your page and securely clip onto the page while remaining lightweight and easy to use. There will be no damage to your pages and you can trust you'll never lose your page if you drop your book.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Because the items are handmade or made-to-order, returns are not accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery.
How can I contact you?
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please send photos of the damaged items along with your order number, and the issue will be made right.
