Refund policy

Returns

Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns for:

  • Custom orders
  • Personalized items
  • Digital products
  • Sale items

Exchanges & Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
  • Delays caused by postal carriers
  • Minor handmade variations

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we will always do our best to help resolve any concerns fairly.
